At the time of booking, a rental contract will be sent to you by e-mail and a deposit of 30% will be required. The booking will only be definitive once the signed contract and the deposit have been returned. The deposit remains the property of the owner in the event of cancellation.

The balance of the rental price and the tourist tax are paid on arrival, together with a security deposit for the accommodation. This deposit is returned on departure or within one week at the latest, less the cost of restoring the property to its original state if any damage has been caused by you. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him/her. They must be covered by a holiday insurance policy for these various risks.

Pets are not allowed in our accommodation, unless agreed by the owner.

Before your departure, you are only required to leave the kitchen area clean, i.e. the dishes washed, dried and put away and the appliances cleaned. We will take care of everything else.
