Le Petit Paradis brings together our main house and two completely independent gîtes, and in common a 3500m2 wooded garden, a swimming pool heated by geothermal energy from April 27 to September 28 and protected by security barriers, as well as private and enclosed parking. Both cottages have free ADSL WiFi.

The large Morphée lodge, open to the outside will surprise you with its volumes, the preserved charm of its past Maraichine life, and “complete comfort” equipment.

The living room, of more than 70 m² with its majestic cathedral ceiling made of reed lattices, is bathed in light, and offers a glimpse of beautiful moments of conviviality.

The three bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet, for a total of 8/10 beds.

The Diane cottage pour 4/6 people has a living room facing its intimate terrace, all on one level. A living room opening onto the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, and a laundry room complete the package for the greatest pleasure of families and fishermen.

Exterior side come and enjoy the landscaped and flowered garden, and take advantage of the swimming pool. Available, volleyball/badminton court, some outdoor children's games. We also provide you with a few bicycles free of charge to stroll along the paths of the Marais and a boat to explore the different conches of the "Green Venice". The spaces are shared with the second gîte and the owners. You will also benefit from a space set up for your grills under the property's Linden tree.

Le Petit Paradis is ideally located to start your hiking and cycling hikes and a few minutes from the first canals to explore the marshes on the water.

4km away you will find Benet, a small, welcoming and picturesque town, dynamic and commercial, with a large town center area, market and shops.

PTo guarantee your stay, the cottages are rented “All inclusive” including sheets and beds made, towels (weekly stay) and cleaning is included.

Concerned about respecting nature and protecting our planet, we have an ecological and environmental approach. All lighting is LED, all taps are equipped with water savers, laundry, building and garden maintenance is done using natural products, and waste is sorted...
