This very large gîte of 170 m2 built in the old barn of the farm is facing east/west and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is very bright with its large bay windows opening onto the garden and its glass roof overlooking the roofs. This magnificent gîte pleasantly combines authenticity and modernity for your greatest comfort. You will be won over by the charm of the old stones and the original architectural elements preserved, including the insulation of the roof in reed lattices...


The large living room on the ground floor includes a lounge with television and board games for young and old, a library and table football. It also has a complete fitted kitchen open to the living room and dining room. The room offers beautiful volumes since it was designed in the old barn and gives direct access to the garden and its terrace. You have ADSL WiFi.


There is a small room with a toilet, a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing and cleaning supplies. Terraces and barbecue are available.


Aurore: is a bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm, a television, a bathroom and separate WC. The little extra, its private terrace.

Flore: is a bedroom on the ground floor equipped with three 90x200 cm single beds, two of which can be joined together to make a 180x200 cm double bed, a television, a bathroom and separate WC. Access to the terrace from the bedroom.

Venus: is an upstairs bedroom equipped with a 140x200 cm double bed, a television, a bathroom and separate WC.

All bedding is very comfortable with 100% latex mattresses and ergonomic pillows.


Baby equipment is available on request.


All domestic hot water, pool heating and underfloor heating on the ground floor is provided by geothermal energy. The upstairs bedroom is heated by an electric inertia radiator and all the bathrooms are equipped with electric radiators, towel dryers and hairdryers.


In the living room, an additional bed for two people is possible with the BZ bench seat, however there is no possibility of concealment for the night.


You will find a small lounge on the upstairs mezzanine with a view of the countryside, a secluded space ideal for relaxing and reading.


Outside, you will enjoy the 2 terraces with a parasol and garden furniture.

Enjoy outdoor pleasures with the garden and swimming pool, shared with the second gite Diane and the owners. The secure and geothermally heated swimming pool 5 x 10 m from the end of April to the end of September. To facilitate access, it is equipped with a corner staircase. For your well-being and comfort, you will find a solar shower, a fountain, sun loungers and a hammock. An outdoor lounge under the courtyard will allow you to cool off


Also in common, you will benefit from:

- outdoor games (volleyball/badminton court, children's games, etc.),

- barbecue,

- some adult bikes (baby seat available on request)

- a boat (on request) with life jackets to discover the conches of the marsh, its fauna and flora or to fish,

- Pétanque court for 2024.

- the landscaped garden enclosed by hedges and trellises, walls and closed by an electric gate.


To guarantee your stay, the cottages are rented “All inclusive” including sheets and beds made, and cleaning included.


A welcome kit on arrival: with sponge, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper/WC, 2 bin bags and 2 dishwasher tablets.

Le Petit Paradis de Diane is a 3-star gîte, labeled Gites de France 3 épis and Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin. It is also a gîte with the Herbegement Pêche Label.

This 60 m2 gîte built in the old farm sheepfold can accommodate up to 6 people. It is on one level with parking, is independent, south/east facing and benefits from plenty of sunshine. A large clump of bamboo and a hedge of hornbeams preserve your privacy. Its private terrace has garden furniture, a barbecue, an offset parasol and garden and relaxation furniture.


The fully equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc.) opens onto the living room with fireplace/wood stove for evenings by the fire. You have ADSL WiFi.

In the first bedroom you will find a large 180x200 cm bed with a dressing room and a small desk. The second bedroom is made up of two 90x200 cm beds, which can be put together to make a bedroom for another couple as well as a dressing room. In the living room, additional sleeping is possible with the sofa bed. To enhance your evenings, you will have a flat screen television and board games.

All bedding is very comfortable with 100% latex mattresses and ergonomic pillows.

The bathroom will delight you with its large walk-in shower with black pebble floor. The wall-hung toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Heating is provided using the fireplace equipped with a wood stove in winter, electric inertia radiators in the bedrooms and an electric towel warmer in the bathroom. A washing machine, dryer and drying rack are at your disposal in the gîte.

For fishermen, we have set up a very functional and secure fishing room. There you will find a work plan to prepare your lines, a sink to clean your fish, a refrigerator, regulations as well as rich and varied documentation with tourist maps. A boat and life jackets are provided on request for fishing in the Marais Poitevin and discovering its fauna and flora. The car park has a boat space.

Outside, you will enjoy the sun all day thanks to the exposure of the private terrace. The terrace has a parasol, garden furniture and relaxation lounge.
